Bragg was deeply concerned about his place in history and wanted to find someone to write it the way he thought it should be written. Sort order. Jul 17, Michael Brantley rated it really liked it. A well done, well researched book. I found it really helpful for a project I'm currently working on. I like the use of lots of personal correspondence and writing among the less famous, more ordinary characters of the time.
